At NOVEDGE, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your NOVEDGE account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronic components in their original manufacturer's box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and software licenses are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
